Just a quick update:
I'm still in pain. The soreness alleviates when moving. But when I stop for a while and get moving again, it takes time to walk normally. I don't know what's on tap tonight as far as the workover, and if I didn't have the SCHM deadline coming soon, I wouldn't be going.
But I doubt the Crossfit coaches would put people through this torture and then ask them to come again a couple of days later if they didn't work out another part of the body. At least I hope not. Cause I don't know how long that 21/15/9 will take this time, but it certainly WILL NOT be anywhere near 10 minutes.
